You must appoint a lawyer in Thailand to file a petition with the court that has jurisdiction in order to request the appointment of you as the estate administrator. There will be a court hearing before the court issues an order of appointment.
If you are unable to appear in court in Thailand to give your testimony, you must consult with a lawyer, who will be able to advise you and provide a solution to the issue.
