The rules and procedures of each arbitration institution in Thailand are generally similar in their fundamental principles, as they are based on the same governing law. Nevertheless, there may be some minor differences in details and procedural aspects.
Some institutions require both the claimant and the respondent to upload documents and evidentiary materials to the institution’s electronic system. In the past, there have been certain technical issues, such as delays caused by large volumes of documents, or occasional system slowdowns or interruptions. At this stage, such issues have likely been resolved.
I am not in a position to recommend which arbitration institution would be most suitable, as all institutions are appropriate in their own ways. You should gather further information and make your own decision on this matter.
