The Board of Investment (B.O.I) always grants a Promotion Certificate to applicants for projects of the applicants which the B.O.I. considers to be beneficial for the the economy of Thailand.
For instance, a transfer of technology, or more employment for Thai workers, or more products for exporting, etc.
