Your question is rather brief. Nevertheless, I understand that it concerns a dispute between yourself and a Thai individual or a Thai company, which was resolved through international arbitration conducted outside Thailand, rather than through court proceedings.

The arbitral tribunal has rendered an international arbitral award in your favour, and you wish to enforce that award against the assets of the Thai individual or Thai company located in Thailand.

Accordingly, you must appoint a lawyer in Thailand to file a petition to the competent Thai court seeking recognition and enforcement of the foreign arbitral award. During the proceedings, the court may conduct a hearing at which you, or your duly authorised representative, will be required to testify and confirm the relevant facts surrounding the award and its enforcement.

Upon being satisfied that the statutory requirements have been fulfilled, the Thai court will issue an order recognising and permitting enforcement of the foreign arbitral award in Thailand.

Thereafter, you may proceed to file an application with the Legal Execution Department of Thailand to enforce the court’s order. Consequently, the Legal Execution Department may take the necessary enforcement measures, including the seizure and public auction of the judgment debtor’s assets.
