A Plaintiff has a right to request the court to freeze the Defendant’s assets before judgment, i.e. Injunction.
The Plaintiff has a burden of proof to produce an evidence that the Defendant is manipulating his assets for avoiding to pay off the debt.
If the Plaintiff cannot achieve the burden of proof, the Judge will not allow the Injunction.
