In such circumstances, this constitutes a measure imposed by the Court to prevent foreign nationals accused of committing offences from leaving the country during the pendency of court proceedings.
Foreign nationals who are subject to criminal prosecution and have been released on bail may, from time to time, apply to the Court for permission to travel abroad by demonstrating reasonable necessity. The Court will consider each application on a case by case basis, and where justified grounds exist, may grant temporary permission for travel outside the country.
