Settlement before the Court Judgment

Thai law allows the parties to file a petition with the Court to request mediation before formally filing a lawsuit.

If the parties are able to reach a Settlement Agreement, the Court has the authority to render a Judgment in accordance with that compromised agreement, which shall be enforceable without the need for either party to initiate a formal court case.
