Thai Court will adjudicate the case by applying the foreign law as stipulated in the contract.
Nevertheless, both plaintiff and defendant are required to submit and prove the content of the foreign law specified in the contract to Thai Court. Such submission is treated as a form of factual evidence, enabling Thai Court to apply and rely on the relevant foreign law in rendering the Judgment.
