There is a law called the Re-opening of Criminal Cases Act, B.E. 2526 (A.D. 1983), which is currently still in force.

As for the conditions for applying for a re-opening of a criminal case, the applicant must achieve the burden of proof that, in the original case, a witness gave false testimony, documentary evidence or physical evidence was forged, or there is newly discovered evidence.

To date, no one has ever succeeded in obtaining a re-opening of a criminal case.
